Tripmore T&C’s.

In the cost given by Tripmore or its representative  related to transportation is  included like parking, fuel, driver’s food, night halts, waiting charges.

Terms and Conditions.

Cab will be :  

• Innova / Sedan / SUV / MUV etc as per agreed price and vehicle.

• New model with Heating, Non-AC, perfect for family people. AC is extra chargeable on the day when required.

• Having standard Music system for music enthusiasts.

• With you starting from 9 AM till 6 PM Only, further chargeable.

• Wi-Fi enabled (via phone 4G hotspot on demand). 50 rupees / 1024MB’s used.

• Fit and permitted commercial tourist vehicle by government.

• Insured for all travelling guests with vehicle as per commercial government rules.

Pros:

• The driver attached will be a native resident and a guide, and is informed and aware through the tradition, cuisines and culture of Kashmir.

• Drivers are well aware about good food joints, Authentic shopping places, best gift shops and photogenic places. Ask them so they can tell you. Time to time they will suggest you the best places.

• He will inform you about the kind of activities available at all places, which you can do and where it will be cheaper by rates and pricing.

• Driver will be Family friendly, Licensed, Active and Non-Alcoholic.

• Driver will inform you about the bargaining required at places.

Policies & charges:

•One day & one tour on major tourist destinations only. No Detours or extensions, unless mentioned and agreed prior clearly with Tripmore representative.

• 2 major destinations combined in 1 day will be considered 2 days. Unless discussed and confirmed prior in clear words with Tripmore representative.

• Sightseeing at destinations (Pahalgam, Gulmarg, Sonmarg,)are to be done by local village union taxi , ponies, horses, sledges, chained-gear require for Tangmarg to Gulmarg in Heavy snow conditions, ATV rides etc. Local restrictions in place for outside vehicles. Example of destinations are Aru Valley , Betaab Valley , Chandanwari, Zero Point , Zojilla , Dras , Kargil , etc

• Timing starts strictly by 9 am to 6 pm and one major tourist destination a day (including Srinagar drop/return ) OR as per agreed itinerary. Timing changes are welcome but it has to be informed , discussed and agreed prior. In case of changes in ongoing tours it will be charged extra.

• Additional applicable overtime charges 100/hour (sedan), 150/hour (Innova) , and 200/hour for Tempo and beyond.

• AC charges 200 for sedan and 300 for Innova on the day when used

• The rates given are applicable for the same day only. 30% advance for booking confirmation, rest 70% before  half the tour completes or 3rd day of the tour whichever is early.

• Permits not included as required for various places like Gurez valley, Kargil , Leh, Bangus etc.

• The company undertakes no liability in case of cancellation of trips due
to breakdown or for reasons beyond the control of the management.
However proportionate refund of fare will be allowed in case no
alternate arrangement is made.

  • Management is not responsible for your luggages/baggage.
  • Passengers should not carry any goods like weapons, inflammables, firearms, ammunition, drugs, liquor, smuggled goods, Cartoon Boxes and ect any other articles that are prohibited under law.
  • Maximum baggage allowed per passenger is 10 Kgs,Tripmore shall not take responsibility in the event of loss or damage to the passenger luggage.
  • The arrival and departure bus or cab may be delayed due to some unavoidable reasons like traffic jams etc.
  • Changes to the origin and/or destination of travel and customer name
    changes are permitted.
  • Pets and Animals not allowed inside the bus while Journey

Refund Policy and Cancellation Policy:

Car, Tempo traveller & Coach Rentals  :

  • 10% package cost will be charged as cancellation fee if cancelled before 72 hours of Arrival.
  • 20% package cost will be charged as cancellation fee if cancelled before 48 hours Arrival.
  • 50% package cost will be charged as cancellation fee if cancelled before 24 hours Arrival.
  • No Refund will be given if cancelled within 24 hours of Arrival.
  • No refund will be payable for any missed/ or unused services of the tour due to whatsoever reason.
  • Changes to date or time can be made to your booking if you notify us at least two day prior to the scheduled departure time by visiting our
    branch

Maximum capacity of Vehicles :

Sedan (Etios/SX4/Accent/Manza) : Driver + 3 adult passengers only, with Luggage.

Innova / Innova Crysta / Scorpio / SUV : Driver + 6 adults only with luggage.

  • For any untoward incident Tripmore can cancel booking at any point of the tour without assigning any reason. Be it ongoing tour, currently active tour , booked , unbooked ,confirmed , unconfirmed.
