Great staff, good location, clean rooms ! Good value for the money. Really liked the Hotel also they had shuttles to the Dal lake every day. The housekeeping staff was also very attentive and provided great service. Also good room service. Thank you Tripmore travel to get us with the best hotel and the best services.
